DESKTOP/LAPTOP USERS

Attention: ZipyCare is only compatible on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

  1. Once the internet browser is open, go to www.zipycare.com and click LOGIN in upper right corner.

  2. Select your HEALTHCARE PROVIDER OR follow the link in your email.

  3. Make sure to click YES/ACCEPT/ALLOW to any pop-up notifications that ZipyCare might ask of you (ie. location, notifications, camera/mic use)

  4. ALL USERS (New and Returning) will need to create a Username and Password.

    • Click Obtain Username/Password

    • Do NOT click SIGN UP

  5. Put in your Name, Date of Birth, and the Year of your birth as FOUR DIGITS in the space stating Last 4 SSN/NIC

    • after you login, please go to your profile and Update it with the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

  6. LOGIN with your username and password

  7. Once logged in, Click on the Settings gear in the top-right corner. Click TEST CONNECTION.

  8. You will receive a prompt asking to share your camera and microphone. Click SHARE SELECTED DEVICES.

  9. If you see a video screen of yourself, your connection is successful. If not, please contact ZipyCare using the instructions at the bottom.

Log in to the website 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

A notification will pop up when the Physician is ready to start an encounter. Click OK on this notification to enter the video room.

To check for missed notifications, Click on the Notifications menu in the top-right, and then click on the most recent notification.
