iPhone and iPad USERS

Go to the APP STORE on your iPhone/iPad,  SEARCH for ZIPYCARE.

You may see several apps come up.  Click on ZIPYCARE, (NOT  ZIPY, ZIPY X or ZIPY M).   Click on GET/UPDATE/OPEN.

  1. Click ALLOW/OK/YES to the pop-up notifications that ZipyCare app might ask of you (ie. location, notifications, camera/mic use)

  2. Select your HEALTHCARE PROVIDER

  3. ALL USERS (New and Returning) will need to create a Username and Password

    • Click Obtain Username/Password

    • Do NOT click SIGN UP

  4. Put in your Name, Date of Birth, and the Year of your birth as FOUR DIGITS in the space stating Last 4 SSN/NIC

    • after you login, please go to your profile and Update it with the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

  5. LOGIN with your username and password

  6. If you see ALL APPOINTMENTS list, you have logged in successfully

    • You DO NOT need to Add an Appointment

Log in to the app 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. A notification will pop up when the Physician is ready to start an encounter

Tap on this notification to enter the video room

To check for missed notifications, Click on the menu in the top-right, click on Notifications, and then click on the most recent notification
